Welcome to Spinal Logic…where your back always comes first.
Have you ever been in a new social situation and not know what was going to happen next? During their first visit to a doctor’s office, some patients experience apprehension because they don’t know what to expect. Here is what you can expect on your first visit to Spinal Logic:
Patient Advocate
At Spinal Logic, your health and welfare are our main concern. Your Patient Advocate is your personal host and will guide you each step of the way, whenever you need personal attention.
Patient Forms
When you complete the Spinal Logic New Patient Entrance Form, we’ll have an excellent understanding of your past and current health situation. The form may seem lengthy to you but most of the questions are “Yes” and “No” answers, so it will go really fast. But, more importantly, the information you provide is crucial for determining the best course of care. Your Patient Advocate will assist you or if you prefer, you may complete the form on your own.
Consultation
Next, you will have a consultation with Dr. Mike to discuss your health-related problems, concerns, and potential treatment options. This initial visit is designed for Dr. Mike to learn more about you, your condition, and expectations to determine how chiropractic care can meet your goals.
Examination
Following the consultation the doctor will use the latest computerized technology to assess the overall health of your spine. The purpose of this examination is to locate the cause of your problem so we can develop a plan to help you. However, nothing will be done in our office without your consent.
X-Ray Studies
Depending on your specific condition, we may take X-rays as well. X-rays help us develop the most effective treatment plan for you, and alert us of any serious spinal conditions. Most people are amazed once they see their X-rays up close. In some cases, they can even identify their misalignments and degeneration themselves.
Payment
On your initial visit payment is due in full at the time of service, unless prior arrangements were made, or you have pre-verified coverage under Medicaid. This fee can vary, depending on clinical necessity, from $75-$275. As a courtesy we DO accept insurance assignment, but NOT until we are able to contact your insurance carrier directly to verify benefits. If the services rendered today are verified to be covered by insurance and your insurance company pays us, your account will either be credited in the amount of the insurance payment or reimbursed to you upon request.
You are encouraged to ask questions from the doctor or anyone on the Spinal Logic T.E.A.M. today or at any other time. Our goal is to make your visits to Spinal Logic the most effective, efficient, enjoyable health care experience you could have on the “road back to your health.”
